Alysia Garcia, KeyBank

President

Alysia Garcia is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Client Onboarding Manager within KeyBank’s Enterprise Payments, implementing new Treasury Services across the full range of products that KeyBank offers for Real Estate, Healthcare, Public Sector and Institutional Bank clients. She joined KeyBank in 2008 and has been a part of Enterprise Payments since 2013, first as Small Business Payments Advisor before transitioning to her current role. She is considered a subject matter expert in understanding client needs and how they intersect with the systems utilized by Key. Alysia earned her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification in July 2016.

Alysia has been an active member of Northern Ohio AFP since 2014, she joined the Idea Exchange planning committee in 2017 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2018. She is the Idea Exchange Chairperson for 2021.


 

Mark Webster, CCM, Treasury Alliance Group

Treasurer

 Mr. Webster is a Partner and Treasurer in Treasury Alliance Group LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in Payments and Treasury Management.  He has over 35 years of experience in all areas of payments and treasury and risk management; and has worked with domestic and international clients in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, retail, insurance and government. The former head of the Treasury Management Consulting Practice at Coopers & Lybrand, Mark has led Bank Operations and Payments Consulting Practices as a partner at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capco. He has significant financial services industry experience, having worked for both regional and money center banks in a variety of roles including: CIO, Treasury Services Product Manager, and head of Payments Operations and Check Processing.

Mark is a board member and Past President of NEOTMA , the Northeast Ohio Treasury Management Association and served on the CTP Body of Knowledge Committee of the AFP.  He is a past Chairman of the Affiliates Council of NACHA, The Electronic Payments Organization, and was a voting member of NACHA’s Rules and Operations committee for many years.  He is the principal author of The Essentials of Treasury Management, 4th ed., and has authored articles on the payments industry, risk management, and operational transformation for a variety of publications. Mark is a frequent speaker and lecturer on both a local and national level and has served on the faculty of The Payments Institute, The Institute of International Payments, Treasury Management Series at the Haas Business School at the University of California, and The Global Treasury Forum.

Mark is a Certified Cash Manager (Permanent), a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio, and a Certified Systems Professional, and was a recipient of the Elijah Watts Sells award for national excellence when he sat for the CPA exam.  He received his Masters of Business Administration with honors from Cleveland State University and attended Northwestern University for undergraduate.

 

Jenna Scafidi, US Bank

Secretary

Jenna Scafidi is a Senior Product Manager at U.S. Bank in the Digital Receivables group. Jenna manages multiple products involving digital delivery and reporting for U.S. Bank’s Corporate and Commercial clients. Jenna joined U.S. Bank in 2018, after spending 10 years in the corporate sector in various finance and analytics roles with a heavy concentration in Treasury. Most recently she served as Treasury Manager at Real Alloy in Beachwood, Ohio. Jenna joined the Northern Ohio AFP board in 2019 after serving on the Idea Exchange Committee the same year.
 
 

Linda Nuosci, F.N.B. Corporation 

Linda Nuosci is a Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with First National Bank. In this role, Linda manages a portfolio of existing client relationships and works to develop new business opportunities throughout the Cleveland Region.

Linda is a graduate of the University of Akron where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Linda has also achieved the Certified Treasury Professional designation. Linda is an advisory board member for Catholic Charities, Summit County and a board member of Northern Ohio Association of Financial Professionals. She routinely volunteers at several charities within the region.

 

Christina M. Bidwell, CCM & RTRP

Christina is a highly experienced business leader and law firm administrator. Her experience spans both privately held and publicly traded organizations, specializing in both professional service based and private-equity industries.

She began her career with a large multinational manufacturing company focusing on global finance and treasury functions. During her 25+ year career she has been directly involved in the negotiation of multi-million-dollar acquisitions and financings, and has provided tax consulting and financial services to several Partnerships, Sub S Corporations, C Corporations, Non-Profit Organizations, Individuals, and Commercial Properties.

Christina has extensive experience as a law firm administrator managing multi-site locations and leading a variety of functions to include finance, IT, HR, facility operations and strategic growth initiatives. During her tenure she has led a number of projects focused on multi state expansion efforts, streamlining operations, driving standardization, and implementing scalable infrastructures. She has also served as an officer on three professional organization boards, Northern Ohio Association for Financial Professionals (NOAFP), the Cleveland Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), and the BMBWAV Ski Patrol as a Deputy Patrol Director.

Christina has been a member of the Northern Ohio AFP for over 36 years.
