Jennifer Kontur, NCP, KeyBank


Jennifer Kontur is a Product Manager for Key Total Treasury®, KeyBank’s corporate online channel, within the Product & Innovation group in Enterprise Commercial Payments, specializing in Receivables, Image Delivery, Self Service and Online Help Resources. Jennifer also serves as one of Key’s subject matter experts on the Basel Accords and Regulation and previously managed various deposit account services and receivables product offerings. In these roles, she was responsible for developing and implementing product strategy associated with Branch Services, Check Processing and Returns, Remote Deposit Capture and Image Cash Letter, Account Structures and Liquidity services. Jennifer joined Key Bank in December 2003 and has over 15 years of treasury management banking and corporate accounting experience. She was awarded the National Check Payments Certification in June, 2014. Jennifer has been an active member of the Northern Ohio AFP Board and Committees for over 5 years.




Mark Webster, CCM, Treasury Alliance Group


 Mr. Webster is a Partner and Treasurer in Treasury Alliance Group LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in Payments and Treasury Management.  He has over 35 years of experience in all areas of payments and treasury and risk management; and has worked with domestic and international clients in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, retail, insurance and government. The former head of the Treasury Management Consulting Practice at Coopers & Lybrand, Mark has led Bank Operations and Payments Consulting Practices as a partner at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Capco. He has significant financial services industry experience, having worked for both regional and money center banks in a variety of roles including: CIO, Treasury Services Product Manager, and head of Payments Operations and Check Processing.

Mark is a board member and Past President of NEOTMA , the Northeast Ohio Treasury Management Association and served on the CTP Body of Knowledge Committee of the AFP.  He is a past Chairman of the Affiliates Council of NACHA, The Electronic Payments Organization, and was a voting member of NACHA’s Rules and Operations committee for many years.  He is the principal author of The Essentials of Treasury Management, 4th ed., and has authored articles on the payments industry, risk management, and operational transformation for a variety of publications. Mark is a frequent speaker and lecturer on both a local and national level and has served on the faculty of The Payments Institute, The Institute of International Payments, Treasury Management Series at the Haas Business School at the University of California, and The Global Treasury Forum.

Mark is a Certified Cash Manager (Permanent), a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio, and a Certified Systems Professional, and was a recipient of the Elijah Watts Sells award for national excellence when he sat for the CPA exam.  He received his Masters of Business Administration with honors from Cleveland State University and attended Northwestern University for undergraduate.



 Alysia Garcia, KeyBank

Secretary, Idea Exchange Chairperson

Alysia Garcia is a Client Onboarding Manager for the Vertical Team within KeyBank’s Enterprise Payments, implementing new Treasury Services across the full range of products that KeyBank offers for Real Estate, Healthcare, Public Sector and Institutional Bank clients.  She joined KeyBank in 2008 and has been a part of Enterprise Payments since 2013, first as Small Business Payments Advisor before transitioning to the Client Onboarding Manager role.  She is considered a subject matter expert in understanding client needs and how they intersect with the systems utilized by Key. Alysia earned her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification in July 2016.


Alysia has been an active member of Northern Ohio AFP since 2014, she joined the Idea Exchange planning committee in 2017 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2018.  She is both the Secretary and the Idea Exchange Chairperson for 2019.



Stephanie Uhl, CTP, TriState Capital Bank

Past President

Stephanie Uhl serves as Treasury Management Sales Specialist for TriState’s Ohio market as well as TriState’s national commercial real estate portfolio. In her role she is responsible for day to day treasury operations, implementation and onboarding clients as well as providing recommendations on creating efficiencies in account structures and products.

Stephanie joined TriState Capital Bank in 2018 after spending 13 years in the corporate sector, most recently as the Assistant Treasurer of Forest City Realty Trust (n/k/a Brookfield Properties) a commercial real estate developer and manager with 8.0B in assets.

Stephanie has contributed as a subject matter expert in several areas of the Association for Financial Professionals’ (AFP) Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certification exam development since 2013. She previously served on the AFP Board of Directors and continues her service to Northern Ohio AFP in her position as Past President.



 Michelle Gardner, Fifth Third Bank

Michelle Gardner serves as Vice President, Treasury Management Area Manager. In her role, she is responsible for leading a team of treasury management professionals and growing Fifth Third’s treasury management business throughout Northeast Ohio.

She works with clients to identify different process improvements around the working capital cycle. Michelle leads initiatives focused on reducing operating expenses, accelerating receivables, and optimizing payment solutions.

Michelle has more than 14 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Fifth Third, she held positions in retail banking, business banking and operations.

Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Eastern Illinois University and a master’s degree in business administration from Missouri Baptist University.

Ann-Marie Hagenbuch, CTP,  Peoples Bank

Ann-Marie Hagenbuch is a Vice President and Commercial Banker for Peoples Bank, providing a full array of financial solutions to clients in the Northeast Ohio market.Ann-Marie has over 35 years of banking experience and in addition to Commercial Banking, has held positions in Retail Banking and Business Banking.

Ann-Marie has achieved the Certified Treasury Professional designation, and serves both as a board member and on the IX Committee for the Northern Ohio Association for Financial Professionals. She has served on several boards and committees in Northeast Ohio including United Way of Summit County’s
Campaign Cabinet and Women’s Leadership Council, CREW Greater Akron, and Fill a Bag-Feed a Family.
She also volunteers with Junior Achievement.



Michael Lee, Key Bank

Michael Lee is a senior vice president payments advisor team lead for commercial real estate across Key’s Footprint.  Michael is based out of Cleveland and responsible for managing a team of advisors as well as working with clients directly to deliver treasury management solutions to meet the specific needs of the real estate industry.  Michael has previously held positions at Fifth Third, PNC Bank and Morgan Stanley.


Michael has more than 20 years of banking experience and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). He earned an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BS from the University of Akron.



Linda Nuosci, F.N.B. Corporation 

Linda Nuosci is a Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with First National Bank. In this role, Linda manages a portfolio of existing client relationships and works to develop new business opportunities throughout the Cleveland Region.

Linda is a graduate of the University of Akron where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Linda has also achieved the Certified Treasury Professional designation. Linda is an advisory board member for Catholic Charities, Summit County and a board member of Northern Ohio Association of Financial Professionals. She routinely volunteers at several charities within the region.
