Bonnie Barrett, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from The Greater Cleveland Food Bank will be presenting how her team performs cash management tasks including budgeting/forecasting, how funds are raised for the organization, looking at the cash position, and cash outflows. The Food Bank strives to streamline processes and will review how they are handling incoming payments through lockbox processing and using remote capture, as well as moving to a paperless Accounts Payable solution.
